1 bunch Curly Kale
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1/2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tumeric
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Place all ingredients except Kale into TM bowl and mix 2 minutes, 3 degrees, speed 2.
Tear leaves roughly from the stalks of the kale and place 1/2 into TM bowl. Mix 30 seconds, REVESRSE, speed 3, pushing down leaves with spatula.
Set aside, add remaining leaves and repeat, combine both sets of leaves before spreading out on and oven tray, bake 10-15mins, till just crisp.
You can also do this in a dehydrator, at highthest \setting for 4 hours.
