Beetroot Glazed Donuts

I used Rejuved Nation organic beet berry latte mix to glaze these donuts and they taste sensational. Rejuved Nation care about providing you with a fantastic tasting product, but more than that they really care about nourishing our minds also, taking some time to acknowledge gratitude for our lives and taking time to mindfully enjoy the moment, whether that be sipping a latte or eating one of these delicious donuts!

Donuts:
125 grams almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
50grams coconut sugar
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 tsp dry yeast
1 cup gluten free flour

Glaze
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 tsp Rejuved Nation organic beet berry latte mix
1 tbsp coconut sugar

Add milk, oil and sugar to Thermomix bowl and cook 5 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1, until sugar melted.
Allow to cool to 40degrees, add yeast, mix 20 seconds speed 2.
Add flour and cacao an mix 30 seconds speed 3, allow to rise for an hour.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, grease a 6 hole donut pan, or use muffin tray.
Divide mixture evenly between donuts/muffins
Bake 10 minutes

Allow to cool
For the glaze, combine all and dip cooled donuts in, allow to set before devouring!
