I made these with my new favourite drink, gypsy chai, which you can checkout here.

150 grams almond butter
100 grams organic coconut sugar
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled
2 eggs
30 grams coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
50 grams GYPSY CHAI
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Add all ingredients to Thermomix bowl and mix 1 min, speed 5, scrape down sides and repeat for 30 seconds.
Line a baking tray with paper and place tbsp size balls of mixture onto tray gently flattering with a fork
Bake 10 minutes until light golden (leave longer for crisper result)
Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
