100 grams blanched almond flour
30 grams coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
80 grams coconut oil or ghee at room temperature
150 grams coconut sugar or brown sugar
100 grams natural almond butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 flaxesseed egg (1 tbsp flax mixed with 3 tbsp water)
1/2 cup Bodhi Organic Chai tea (I made a strong pot of tea- 1tbsp dry chai tea to 1 cup water) – ALLOW TO COOL
50 grams of freeze dried strawberries

Add oil/ghee and sugar to TM bowl and mix 30 seconds speed 5.
Scrape down sides, repeat
Add remaining ingredients and mix 30 seconds speed 5 or til mixture clumping together
Roll into golf size balls and place on lined tray
Bake 10 -12mins at 175 degrees until just starting to colour

Allow to cool before serving, try not to eat all at once.
