1 tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
30 grams water
50 grams almond milk
3 tbsp. coconut sugar or similar
1 tbsp. almond butter
3 tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt

You could use tahini in place of the almond butter but it may taste quite strong
You may need to play around with the amount of sugar you use as I do not like overly sweet things.
This also tastes great with a drop of orange essential oil. (Doterra)
I’m sue you can easily make this in an ordinary food processor too.

Thermomix method:
Add all ingredients to Thermomix bowl and mix 20 seconds, speed 4
Scrape down sides and repeat until desired consistency is obtained. You may need to add more water.

Refrigerate and use within 4 days.
