These are a yummy occasional treat. I took these to the recent Swift Health and Fitness Wellness Summit in Melbourne and they were very popular.

150 grams almonds
150 grams brazil nuts
50 grams pepitas
50 grams sunflower seeds
100 grams dried cranberries
1/4 tsp nutmeg
20ml maple syrup (optional)

Place all ingredients in Thermomix and blitz 1 min speed 6 or until mixture starts to turn oily and clump together. Roll into golf ball size balls and roll in shredded coconut. Freeze or refrigerate until set. Try not to eat them all at once!
