Funky Field burger patties

400 grams funky fileds mince (one pack)
1/2 red onion
1 tbsp mixed dried herbs
1 garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic powder

Add onion to TM bowl, chop 3 seconds, speed 7
Add zucchini, chop 3 seconds, speed 7, scrape down sides
Add remaining, mix 30 seconds, REV, speed 3, repeat until well combined
Form into 4 patties and refredgirat at least 30 mins before cooking, or freeze for later.
