6 anchovy fillets
1 clove garlic
½ cup olive oil
½ cup Hilbilby Fire Tonic
2-­3 tbsp maple syrup

Peel garlic clove and place in Thermomix, chop 3 seconds, speed 7, scrape down sides of bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 minute, speed 9. Pour into jar and serve over green salads. This would keep for a week in the fridge, if it lasts that long.
