Hungarian Tomato-Pepper Stew (Lecso)

1 brown onion (peeled and halved)
500 grams mixed peppers (red, yellow capsicums, banana peppers, deseeded and sliced)
400 grams tomatoes (tinned or fresh)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp coconut oil

Add onion to TM bowl, chop 3 seconds, speed 7.
Scrape down sides of bowl, add oil and saute, 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Add paprika and peppers and cook 10 minutes, 100 degrees, REV speed 2.
Add tomatoes cook further 10 minutes, 100 degrees, REV, speed 2, or until peppers soft.

Serve with your favourite meat.( Mine is served with liver and sauerkraut)
