3 Flaxseed Eggs (3tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 9tbsp water)
50 grams Coconut Oil
60 grams chocolate ( I used Pana) roughly chopped
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
5 drops Doterra Peppermint Oil
60 grams Cassava Flour
100 grams Walnut Meal or Almond Meal
100 grams Coconut Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder (GF)
50 grams Cocoa Powder

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Prepare a brwonie pan or similar, I coat with coconut oil and baking paper
Combine flax and water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add oil, chocolate and extracts to TM bowl, melt 3 minutes, REV, speed 2
Add remaining ingredients, mix 30 seconds, speed 5, scrape down sides and repeat
Place mixture into pan and smooth evenly, it will be quite thick
Bake 15 minutes if you like soft, a little longer if you prefer firm

Try not to eat all at once.
