1/2 brown onion, peeled
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
50ml water

5 large portobello mushrooms
1 tsp vegetable stock concnetrate
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Add onion to TM bowl, chop 3 seconds, speed 7, scrape down sides
Add ghee, paprika, cayenne and cook 3 minutes, 110 degrees, speed 1
Add water.
Add remaining and cook 5 mins, 100 degrees, REV, speed 2
