Give it a go.
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 cm piece of ginger
1/2 large zucchini
1/2 large carrot
50 grams coconut cream
50 grams water
pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Grind spices in Thermomix, 20 seconds, speed 9.
Add zucchini, carrot and chop 10 seconds, speed 5.
Add cream and water and cook 6 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1
Add 1/2 cooked pear or fruit of choice, 1 tbsp. seeds such as pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp. nuts
Cook 100 degrees, 1 min, speed 2
Serve, top with coconut cream, flakes, coconut yoghurt etc.
Once you have the base porridge done you can really add whatever you like!
