Peppermint Cream Balls

1 cups cashews
1 cup coconut – shredded or desiccated
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp peppermint essence (food grade) or 4 drops of Doterra pepermenit essintial oil
pinch of salt

Add coconut and cashew to TM bowl, grind 30 seconds, speed 9.
Add remaining ingredients and mix 30 seconds, speed 5, until clumping together.
Roll into 10 balls
Freeze

To decorate: I melted some raw chocolate then dipped in crushed pistachios. img_5991
