One of my favourite winter drinks is Criobru. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it. Criobru is ground cacao beans, roasted to bring out different flavours, makes a yummy hot chocolate drink when brewed like a coffee, but also great in recipes, which led me to create these delightful slices. I love the crunchy, salty, caramel like layer and it reminded me of a Snickers bar, hence the title. Snickery Bars, try not to eat them all at once!
