Spicy Roasted Cauliflower with Salmon

4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 dried red chillies
6 anchovy fillets
pinch of salt and pepper
20 grams coconut oil
1/2 head of cauliflower
2 salmon fillets (150 grams each)

Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Add garlic, chillies, anchovies, salt and pepper to Thermomix bowl and puree 10 seconds, speed 8.
Scrape down sides of bowl repeat if needed, then add coconut oil
Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and to TM bowl. mix 30 seconds REVERSE, speed 3 until coated with the puree. Pour into large roasting dish and place in oven for 20 minutes
Remove pan from oven, move cauliflower to the side and place salmon in dish, skin side down, cook further 8 minutes for just done salmon, 10 minutes for well done.

Serve immediately.
