1/2 cup tiger nuts (I used skinned)
1/2 cup coconut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
40 grams Loving Earth Dark Chocolate (chopped into rough pieces)

Add tiger nuts to TM bowl and grind into flour, speed 8, 30 seconds.

Scrape down sides, add coconut and almond butter, salt and syrup, mix speed 6 30-60 seconds, until mixture starts to form clumps

Add chocolate and mix 20 seconds, REVERSE, speed 3.

Roll into balls, set in fridge for at least 20 minutes and enjoy.

TIP: If your coconut butter is hard it may be easier to soften it slightly, either sit jar in boiled water or when you add it to TM bowl gently heat for 1 min, 37 degrees, speed 2.
