Vegan Cheese and Vegemite Scrolls

3 cups spelt flour
6 tsps. baking powder
1 pinch salt
50 grams vegan butter (I used bio-butter)
375 grams almond milk or other non- dairy milk
1-2 tablespoons Vegemite
200 grams grated vegan cheese

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Add flour, salt, baking powder to TM bowl, mix 10 seconds, speed 5.
Add butter and mix 10 seconds, speed 9, add milk and mix 10-20 seconds, speed 4 until well combined.
Pour onto floured surface and then roll to form a 40cm x 25cm rectangle
Spread the Vegemite over the dough then sprinkle over 3/4 of the cheese.
Roll up along the long side to enclose the cheese.
Cut 10 x 4cm pieces from the roll and place close together, cut side up on a greased baking tray.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 mins until cooked and golden.
