60 grams activated almonds
50 grams tiger nuts
40 grams coconut oil
40 grams coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. sea salt

300 grams mixed berries (I used frozen)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
40 grams coconut sugar
2 tbsp. almond butter

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Add almonds, nuts, oil, sugar and salt to TM bowl
Mix 30 seconds, speed 8, until mixture comes together
Spread over base of slice pan
Bake 20 mins at 180 degrees

Meanwhile, add berries to TM bowl with 40 grams water and cook 10 minutes, 100 degrees, REV, speed 1.
Add lemon juice, chia seeds and sugar and mix 30 seconds, speed 3.
Pour over slice base
Swirl nut butter through berry mixture.
Return to oven for 15 – 20 minutes until set
Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
