Serves 2


  • 50 grams banana flour
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao
  • 3 tbsp. coconut sugar or your preferred sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml almond milk (make your own)
  • ½ tsp. GF baking powder (or use 1 ½ tsp vinegar & ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 200ml boiled water
  • 3 tbsp. extra raw cacao
  • 2 tbsp. extra coconut sugar

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Combine all ingredients (except water, extra cacao and extra sugar) in TM bowl, and combine for 30 seconds, speed 5.
Divide between 2 ramekins. Leaving at least an Inch for puddings to rise.

For sauce combine extra cacao and sugar, add water and stir to dissolve, pour evenly over the 2 puddings, bake 25 mins.
Should be just starting to harden on the top, with a lovely boiling bubble on the outside.
Allow to cool a little before serving,
